Due to the digital nature of our products
(license keys & activation codes),
all sales are generally final.
Once a license key has been delivered
to your email address, it cannot be
returned or refunded, EXCEPT in the
following cases:

You are eligible for a full refund if:
✅ The key is invalid and does not work
✅ The key was already used before delivery
✅ The product delivered is different
from what you ordered
✅ You were charged but never received
your key

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:
❌ You changed your mind after purchase
❌ You bought the wrong product
❌ Your PC does not meet system
requirements
❌ The key has already been activated
❌ You claim the key doesn’t work
without contacting support first

- HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact us within 24 hours
of your purchase at:

Step 2: Include in your email:
- Your order number
- The product you purchased
- Description of the issue
- Screenshot of the error (if any)
Step 3: Our team will review your
request within 24 hours and respond
with a solution.

- REFUND PROCESS

If your refund is approved:
✅ Refunds are processed within 3-5
business days

- REPLACEMENT POLICY

we will offer you a FREE replacement
key if your original key is invalid.

than processing a refund.
